How long will it take to make and ship my order?
Because our custom apparel, drinkware, jewelry, and care packages are handcrafted or made-to-order, please allow 3–5 business days for processing and production before your order ships. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email!
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We offer a 24-hour window from the time of purchase to request order cancellations or address updates. Once production begins after 24 hours, custom items cannot be canceled or modified.
Can I request custom phrasing or personalized gifts?
Yes! We love creating custom pieces. If you have a specific snarky quote, milestone birthday idea, or custom care package request, send us a message at [[email protected]] and we'll do our best to make it happen!

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all US orders $75 and over. The discount applies automatically at checkout when your cart subtotal reaches $75 before tax.
How long does delivery take once shipped?
Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): 3–5 business days
Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): 1–3 business days

All orders are lovingly packaged and shipped directly from Las Vegas, Nevada!
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom apparel and made-to-order items are final sale.
Jewelry & Opened Care Packages: For health and hygiene reasons, earrings and opened personal care items cannot be returned.
Standard Apparel Exchanges: We accept size exchanges on unworn, unwashed standard tees and crewnecks within 14 days of delivery (customer pays return postage).
What if my item arrives damaged or broken?
If your tumbler, mug, or item arrives damaged during transit, please email photos of the damaged product and outer box to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery, and we will send out a replacement immediately at no charge!

How do your t-shirts and sweatshirts fit?
Our tees and crewnecks feature a comfortable, relaxed unisex fit—perfect for everyday lounging or layering. If you prefer a tighter fit, we recommend sizing down; for an oversized lounge fit, size up!
How should I care for my custom apparel and drinkware?
Apparel: Wash inside out in cold water with mild detergent and tumble dry on low heat or line dry to preserve print quality.
Tumblers & Mugs: Hand-washing is recommended to keep insulated cold tumblers and custom prints looking brand new.
